PeaceFest 2009

 Many thanks to everyone who helped to make PeaceFest 2009 the wonderful weekend that it was.  There are countless people who have given tirelessly of their time and talent.  I am truly humbled at just how often a need would present itself and the right person or group would suddenly be there.  This weekend would not have been nearly as successful as it was had it not been for the PeaceFest Committee who has been meeting since November 2008 planning this event, for the countless volunteers who worked so that others could enjoy themselves, to our many sponsors who underwrote the cost of our event, to the entertainment who performed during the day on Saturday and brought smiles to so many, to our many food vendors and crafters who showcased their talents, to all who attended the weekend at some point whose smiles made our work all worthwhile, for Father Scheidt, whose leadership during the past two years has brought so much life back into our Parish, and for Our Lady and Blessed Mother whose grace shown upon us from the opening rainbow to the wonderful feast we shared on Sunday!
