Below is the letter that was sent home in the last two communication envelopes regarding our Reunification Drill. Please complete the Google form (link is within letter).

Dear Parents,

We will be conducting a Reunification Drill on June 4.  Buses will transport your child(ren) to an off site location. There will be a police and fire presence at the site with us. Your child’s safety is of utmost importance to us. Please read the following information carefully.

Student/Parent Reunification

Circumstances may occur at the school that require parents to pick up their students in a formalized, controlled release. This process is called Reunification and may be necessary due to weather, a power outage, hazmat, fire, or if a crisis occurs at the school.

Parents will be notified via Alert Solutions on the situation and directions on how to pick up.

Parents are expected to pick up at the off site location. If your child(ren) attend Pumas, they will be bused back to Queen of Peace.

Reunification Process

Pick-up windows are being assigned for this drill to minimize traffic delays and back-ups as well as to ensure organization on our part. Here are the assigned times based on the pick up rows during our “regular” dismissal from school.
2:00-2:20 = Rows 1 through 4

2:20-2:40 = Rows 5 through 8

2:40-3:00 = Rows 9 through 11

Please fill out the Google Form at this link acknowledging your receipt and review of this letter as well as to indicate who will be picking up your children for this drill. http://bit.ly/RDMay2019

Your patience and cooperation are crucial to the success of this drill. Thank you!
